Delivery Information & Charges
When will I receive my order?
All online orders received by 6.00pm, on working weekdays, will be delivered on the next working day (within the UK Mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands). Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles take 2 working days.
What companies do you use?
Most deliveries will be made by the DPD Courier network. Palletised orders will be made using Expect Distribution.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made between 9am and 7:30pm Monday through Friday; unless a Saturday delivery has been arranged with your account manager.
