How to find a Proof of Delivery (POD) for Web Customers via the CCI Distribution Website

Customers with CCI Distribution website login details can access DPD POD's directly without having to involve Customer Services.

  1. Log onto http://www.ccidistribution.co.uk
  2. Enter registered Email address and Password accordingly. Click on LOGIN.
  3. Click on the 'My Account' tab
  4. Click on the 'View Orders' tab


View orders

  1. Type in the appropriate Purchase Order (PO) number.
  2. Complete the remaining fields in the Search Criteria accordingly.
  3. Click on SEARCH.
  4. The following screen will appear.


Track/Search Orders

  1. Click on the 'Tracking' icon next to the Delivery note number, which is under the 'Tracking' heading. This will link directly to the DPD website and appropriate POD screen shot, as per the below example, detailing delivery history and consignment number.

  1. If a signed copy of a POD is required please send an Email to customer.services@ccidistribution.co.uk with your request stating the appropriate consignment number it relates to.
