CCI Distribution is delighted to announce that DPD have been chosen as our preferred courier network.

DPD is one of the UK's leading time critical services carriers managing consignments across the world. Integrating their own extensive UK network (comprised of the Parceline and Interlink networks), DPD are well placed to satisfy all of CCI’s parcel service requirements. More information on DPD.

Impressed with DPD's real-time parcel tracking and superior facilities, Jason Stephens, our Logistics Manager, commented:

DPD have offered a first-class service to CCI since Amtrak's unfortunate demise last month and their expertise has enabled CCI to quickly and efficiently change our logistics and shipping systems to the point where we are now happy to move our core overnight service to them.

I have also been hugely impressed with the security and personnel that DPD employ. The current service level for the DPD network is running at 99% which gives an indication of the high standards that DPD work to.

I'm sure that this will be a start of a new and successful relationship and that this change will reinstate how CCI can provide a industry-leading service for all customers now and in the future.

Improved Order Cut-Off Times
CCI are open for business on working weekdays only; cut-off times are now as follows:

Palletised Orders: 16-00
Telephone Orders: 17-30
Online Orders: 18-00

Real-Time Order Tracking
DPD offer genuine real-time delivery tracking; during testing we've been hugely impressed with the speed that their website is updated with a parcel's location and signatory.

To track your deliveries, login then visit My Account -> View Orders, then enter your search criteria to find the order you want to track. Then simply click the tracking icon and everything you need to know will be displayed in real time.

A link to track your order will also be provided on the despatch confirmation emails that we send for all orders.
